The Hike
Final hike of July (and probably for a small white - it's time for vacation!)! It was a beautiful day and temperatures were in the low 70s. I was getting this hike in before the final concert of camp. It was a little humid but it was totally bearable. I was feeling very low-enegy, but the fact that I would be skiing tomorrow and down the shore after was enough to keep me going! I listened to the Lost Boys soundtrack for this hike. My first lap was uneventful, my second lap featured two people coming off of that unmarked trail near the bottom of the downhill I've always wondered about (I think it goes to a neighborhood), and someone knocked me out of the Pokemon Gym just after I left the top of Lap #4. It was a nice hike!
Step-by-Step
- Start hike on Yellow Dot Trail.
- At terminus, turn left onto Yellow Trail.
- Loop Yellow Trail four times.
- At end, turn left onto Yellow Dot Trail to return to car.
